Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

  • If a booking is canceled by the user for personal reasons, a full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the reserved date.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reserved date will incur a 50% cancellation fee as a penalty.
  • If the booking is canceled due to our reasons (e.g., court unavailability), users will receive a full refund.

2. Refund Process
